Bushwacker Origin The bushwacker is a frozen mixed drink made with rum, coffee, and lotion of coconut. The drink has a milkshake-like appearance and is usually garnished with whipped lotion and grated nutmeg. The alcoholic drink came from 1975 at the Ship's Store on St. Thomas in the U.S.
